Default Light bar without a delay or lag?

Been looking for a tailgate lightbar, however many I see videos I’ve seen have a “lag” to them from when the stock brakes/turn signals come on until the time the light bar comes on.
And if you use the quick 3 blink turn signal, the lightbar doesn’t work for the first flash.
Hardwiring them doesn’t seem to make a difference...

Anyone have, or know of, a tailgate lightbar for our trucks that is instant and keeps all oem functionality?

Here's a vid of my OPT7 Redline... has a slight lag, but not a deal breaker.

I did not use the one tap for 3 blink in the video. You can use Forscan to change the number of blinks you get with one tap; changed mine to 4.

Interesting... the opt7 was the one I was looking at but watched numerous videos and they all had a delay, and they all only blinked twice when the tail lights blinked 3 Times.
I assume you are hardwired in?

Looks good... other than the delay with the brake light. I really hate that, seems to defeat the purpose of adding a brake light.

Yes, tapped into the wires behind the tail lights.

I've found that delay usually has to do with the type of LED they are using. I used to install lights on firetrucks and police cars. When trying to run multiple types of LEDs off of a single flasher unit, the cheap ones usually had a delay to them while the higher quality LEDs are instant on and off. I don't know enough about these tailgate bars to say what is good or bad, but when it comes to LEDs you get what you pay for.

I do have BLISS, but do not have LED lights.

A while back I gave up on the OPT7 and disconnected it. All to frequently following a brake application, the rear brake lights would stop working. The 3rd cab brake light continued to work. I think DTCs were thrown. Powering off & back on would restore the rear brake lights.
