There are a select few things that will void your warranty. At the top of that list is calling the underwriter and cancelling your warranty.
Installing a leveling kit might cause Ford to deny a warranty claim if they feel they can prove that the items on the claim are related to/caused by the leveling kit. For example, if your tie rod ends wear and fail prematurely, and you try to get a warranty to cover them, Ford might say, "Nope. Leveling kit." If, on the other hand, your tailgate latch fails during the warranty period, Ford will have a tough time blaming your spacers.
Denying a claim is not the same as voiding the warranty.
