Default 2.7 L Cold Side intercooler vacuum

Anyone know what the part with the green check on it is called? Apparently the one on my truck is broken and it looks like someone tried to glue it back together. It looks like it may have happened at the dealer while it was there for 3 weeks to get warranty work done or the previous owner.

I found out what it was. It's the nipple that goes from the cold side of the intercooler towards the turbo piping on the driver's side. Looks like I have to get hole pipe for the cold side. I was reading another post about Tasca and decided looked it up on their diagram for the intake. In the mean time I'm going to splice it with a vacuum hose .
