I am looking at installing the bilstien 5100 shocks on my 2020 lariat. I would also like to add the blocks to the rear, but can not find anything if anyone else has done this or if it can be done.

 

Have you tried searching using Bilstein, or 5100, or level, or blocks? Tons and tons and tons of discussion and pictures of 5100s and taller rear blocks. Huge numbers of people have done it.

I assume you mean you can't find the threads with 2020 in particular?
