Level/headlights
Should they be readjusted... Yes
Do you have to readjust... No
Most people will like how the road is lit up once they raise the front end as the lights will reach farther and wider on the road. However it should be noted that this can appear as having high beams on to cars on the road and can be just as blinding and dangerous at times for oncoming traffic.
Same effect you get when towing a trailer without leveling bars and front end is raised. I'm sure most people have flashed people like this or been flashed themselves (highbeams that is for you peeps with mind in gutter)

Anyone have any info on adjusting the lights? I haven't looked yet but after upgrading to LED's the beam pattern seems a bit high to me . Nobody has flashed lights back at me yet but at the same time I don't want to dazzle oncoming traffic.
did your truck come with halogens and you replaced the bulbs? or did you get the factory LED upgrade?? if you went halogens to led, which kit or bulbs did you use?

They do not auto-level sadly lol.
There's an adjustment spot right on top - an Allen wrench is all you need to adjust them.
In my case (may be abnormal) after a 2-inch level I went to aim them down, drivers side was simple as could be, passenger side was harder as they both have a 2-cog system (idk what the 2nd cog does) but on the driver's side the adjustment doesn't touch this second cog and turns freely. The passenger side was touching this second cog and was quite a bit more difficult to turn. Almost felt like it was going to break - but it did adjust down just fine. ...I think.
