after a 2014 Silverado and then a 2017 Ram, I'm back in the Ford family. I say "back" because my first truck was a '73 F-100 that I had from about 2007 to 2015.
I picked this up last week and of course had to join the forum. I tend to be a forum junkie with all of my hobbies, all of them with the same screen name.
It's a 2017 STX with the 2.7 ecoboost.
It was delivered to my house and within the first hour I had the STX badges removed, the ecoboost and F150 tailgate badges removed, license plate bulbs replaced with LEDs, and front and rear Weathertech liners installed.
I'll be doing more. Mostly all subtle things that won't be noticeable right off the bat. Clean and simple is how I like it.

Try sport mode on the street. It's a real kick in the ***.
If you install a dash cam you can get power from the upper console.
Get a tail gate dampener.
