Lemon Law

Anyone have issues with the dealer trying to figure out financing? My dealer has never been through this process and can't figure out how to structure the loan papers. First time they tried they were 15k over what I agreed to in my worksheet. Anyways I got my f250 and they gave me it to drive and will go back next week to finalize the paperwork.

Not sure I understand your question. What part about the financing are they having issues with?
When you do a MSRP to MSRP, there is no loan paperwork, other than the VIN being changed on the loan. If the new vehicle cost more, then just the difference between the old MSRP and the new MSRP is added to the loan, plus any applicable taxes. If you didn't finance through Ford, then they will actually pay off your existing loan based on the terms of your agreement, and set up a new loan for the new price, minus what was already paid off on the old loan.
So, if you owed $20k over 4 years, and the new truck has an MSRP of $5k more, they will set up the loan for the remaining 4 years, but now at $25k. All payments already made should be credited to you.
If the dealer can't figure it out, I doubt they will take the advice from a forum, so they need to get in touch with the proper people to figure it out correctly.

Yep. When I had all my paperwork for the new truck, actually i think it was the day i picked my new truck up? No, it was the day before, I drove to my credit union with the new trucks VIN and they removed the old one and added the new one to the loan. I paid the $1600 difference owed out of pocket. I actually just made my last payment at Christmas... so my 2018 unicorn lariat HDPP is loan free

I understand exactly how my new loan amount is decided but dealer can't figure out how to structure the loan. For me my old bank would now allow a vin swap, I talked to a couple managers and they said I had to start a new loan per their policy. It works out fine with me since my credit is much better now so I am being offered much better rates. But first time my dealer tried to plug in numbers in and came out 15000 more than what it says on the worksheet. Hopefully on Monday rav can help them plug numbers in correctly. I have the truck on a long term test drive right now until they figure it out.

I went to arbitration on Tuesday and heard from the BBB on Wednesday. I WON!!! Ford has to buy mine back.
I called the BBB today and asked about getting the usage fee reduced due to Ford delaying this for months. I asked for a buy back in August at 3400 miles. I now have 12000. The lemon law in Florida calculated the about 32 cents a mile, so I would like some of that back. I also want them to buy all of my accessories as I will not be buying another Ford truck to put them on. So, I am still working the final dollar amount, but I WON!!!!
