Default Leds

Hey everyone I want to get my headlights updated and have been really interested in the F-150leds.com leds for the 2015 f-150 but can't find any reviews on them. Does anyone have them or anyone know anything about them? Any information would be great thank you!

The few people I know who purchased from them seemed pretty disappointed. I haven't myself tried them (due to what I've heard). My understanding is that they just repackage and sell the same cheapo Chinese stuff you find on eBay and make terrible instructions videos that don't match the product sold. Lol

I have the low beams from XenonDepot.com and I love them. Has cooling ribbons instead of fans so no need to maintain the fans. They also have Phillips Luxeon LEDs on them instead of the Cree LEDs that the F150LEDs bulbs do. They look great on the truck IMO and the light output is a nice crisp white color that is way better than the stock halogens. I did have to adjust the beams down a bit to match up with the stock bulbs.

I have some plug and play LED fogs i got for cheap on Amazon but those will be getting swapped out for Morimoto LED fogs when they come in.

moguy, are they twice as bright?
can you see further down the road?
do they blind on coming cars?
do the ribbons hang on the outside of the light?
do the bulbs fit without hitting any plastic?
thx

do they blind on coming cars? Haven't been flashed at yet (which is surprising because the plug and play fogs kind of scatter the light)
do the ribbons hang on the outside of the light? No, once fanned out per the instructions they fit behind the rubber cap, albeit a really tight fit
do the bulbs fit without hitting any plastic? All the wiring and the little electronic "ballasts" that come with it fit inside the headlight housing with only the cooling ribbons contacting the rubber cap
thx
Against my garage with the truck about 15' away (with the LED adjusted down to the stock halogen level)

Comparison from the front (prior to adjusting the LED down a little)

Now that looks good.
Did you remove the front housing?
Takes about an hr?
Which color did you get?
DDL still works?
I like no fan. Fans will not last and these bulbs are not easy to change.
Thx for the pics helps a lot.

I did remove the headlight housing. Some people said they could go in through the wheel well but it was too tight for me and once I got familiar on taking out the headlight it wasn't bad. Probably took 40 minutes for the first side, 20 for the 2nd side since I knew what I needed to do to get the headlight out. Maybe a little longer.

This was the most helpful video for me to get the lights out.

Is it difficult to adjust the headlights?
