Went through a local stereo electronics store to purchase the LED retrofit headlamps for 1650 plus tax and installation. The headlamp on the driver side came back damaged as the bracket was off on top and the passenger dlr worked intermittently. The local store has been in contact with retrofit source who referred him to the company they purchased it from which is unreal

dang that is ****ty. i know guys on here that have used the raptor retro and they have had zero probs

 

The worse part is their customer service. I understand things happen, but not to stand by their product. No return calls just emails. Still have my money and yet I have no lights. If they were any good they would send a set and take my cc just in case they didn't get the bad ones back and have sent a good pair to put on.

 

So, you bought the lights locally from a shop, who bought the lights from retrofit source, who gets the lights from a different place? Too many people involved there. Good luck getting it resolved.

 

Yep they have been no help at all and giving the local shop the run around. They and myself have been told that they would make good when they get the lamps back. They promised a return label with a ra number 2 days ago and still nothing

 

1650 for headlights? Jesus.

Guess that makes the 501 to 502 argument a bit easier
