Default Led replacement bulbs

I have a 2018 F150 XLT 4x4 Super Crew Cab. I currently plan to replace only my rear tail, brake, backup, and turn signal bulbs with three #3157 LEDs each side. I know I need to add the 50W 6 ohm resistors to the turn signals on both sides to prevent hyperflash. Do I also need to add the resistors to the other 2 bulbs? I presume the issue with them might not be a hyperflash, but maybe a warning on the instrument panel that a light is inoperative. Do I need to use Forscan to change a module value also? If so, what?

I plan later to replace my fog lamps and rear high mounted brake / cargo box bulbs with LEDs, and wonder if I will need resistors in them too. Will the LED fog lamps cause a problem with using the fog lamps while the headlamp brights are on (the Bambi mode)?

I've searched this forum but some of the information is confusing. (I'm easily confused)
Thanks.

If you turn off bulb outage detection in forscan you don’t need resistors. The hyper flash only occurs on the cluster, it won’t happen outside regardless of if you turn that off or not. It’s easy and free if you already have the forscan setup.

I have done the cargo, license plate and reverse lights with no issues, the only issue I had was the reverse lights from my 15 did not fit my 18, ford changed the reverse bulb to 7443 for the 18's. I didnt do any brake lights because I don't want to deal with resistors. For head and fog lights I did the "easy head light mod" with great results.

As was said by @Gator941 guys, there IS NO hyperflash on the exterior when just swapping in LED front and rear turns. It only hyperflashes the green arrow/indicator on the cluster, and if that bothers you, you make a couple of changes with FORScan and that is fixed too. There is no need for any resistors.

I believe you can buy LED bulbs with built-in resistors so you don't get the hyper flash

Has anyone done it and they worked as advertised?
Which one did you get?

Turn off the bulb detection with Forscan. There's no reason to take perfectly good electrons and convert them to heat. Think of it as your way of pushing back the heat death of the universe.

Thanks to all.

I installed the tail / brake/ turn bulbs today (3157) but found the 2018 year model changed the backup bulb to #7443, so I ordered a pair of them today.

When I tried the turn signals, I did get the hyper-flash on the cluster. I was about to use Forscan to eliminate it, then after driving it a bit today, changed my mind. I kind of like the quick flashing on the cluster and don't really find it annoying. I have a substantial hearing loss, and the quick flash gets my attention when I accidentally leave the signal activated.

I thought there might be some kind of error message or check light thrown, indicating a bulb was burned out, but evidently not. I will install the LED backup light bulbs, and have ordered LED bulbs for the high mount brake / cargo bed light.

I may eventually replace my fog lamps with LEDs and perhaps the front turn signal bulbs, but think I will leave the headlamps stock. I don't drive a great deal at night, but want to be readily seen by others even in daylight.

I swapped my bulbs out too and it only "blinks" fast inside. Outside flashes normally. I can deal with it.
