I've tried the search already........and it sucks. So I'm asking here.

I'm going to be swapping out my stock halogen headlights & fog light bulbs for LEDs.
What are the best ones people are using?
There are so many options and places selling them, and the pricing is just as varied.

I like my factory LED's I swapped in. More expensive than the aftermarket offerings, but better quality. I bought a set of dark LED fog lights off of Amazon for $70. Bright, nice cutoff and they color matches the headlights.

 

I bought super nova v.4 for my high and low beams I'm looking to buy Lasfit switchbacks for the fog lights

 

I have Diode Dynamics SL1 and love them. My other choice would be the Super Nova's. LED haters will chime in, in 3,2,1.........

 

If you're looking for full assembly replacements, the 3 most popular are probably the OEM LEDs, Morimotos, or Anzos. OEM/Morimotos look more refined IMO but cost more. Anzos give you that LED/Switchback you might be looking for, for half the price, but some might think it looks tacky. As far as performance, I believe the Morimotos are rated above the OEMs and Anzos.

Regarding installation, OEMs will require new wiring harnesses and are a bit more involved. Morimotos and Anzos are plug and play. So if you plan to do it yourself, consider this as well.

 

I've had these Techmax Minis in my low beams and fogs for a little over a year. Haven't skipped a beat and produce awesome light output with a cutoff very similar to factory halogens.

 

Now that's what I'm talking about right there..............doesn't break the bank......$105 for all 3 sets.

H11 in the low beam, 9005 in the high beam, H10 in the fog lights.

I don't see H10 for the fog lights, what did you use?

 

Life tip, all 9140, 9145, H10, 9005 are the same EXACT base. I have 9005 LED in my fogs now. The Techmax are decent. I had them for a while and when I got my SL1's, I took them out.

 

Not a hater, but it's annoying to me when people just throw any cheap LED in there and blind everyone else.
