Default LED bulb question

I'm looking at replacing the dome, map lights, license plate, and cargo (above the box). Basically, I want to replace all the bulbs except the headlights, fog lights, and tail lights. I want the white led bulbs, which bulbs do I need and what brand should I get. Also is it straight forward replacement. Thanks in advance, I tried to use the search but didn't get much info.

Or go into your local auto parts store and look them up in the book. It will give you the LED equivalent if available. I bought my license plate lights that way.

You can also find some on Ebay for cheap... Got 20 LED ultra white bulbs for 8$CND, which is like 50cent US for you... lol

Is it true that some lights are soldered in place. Which ones can I replace?

I just ordered some 194 white light LED's and am just hoping they fit. A co- worker said that the interior bulbs are soldered into place and need to be replaced by the dealer.

I don't think so.. Never heard of soldered in bulbs. Your co worker is a GM owner spreading fake news lol

I know on the dome lights the bulbs are soldered in place. I have an XL and no map lights, but this style had soldered in bulbs:

The dome lights are indeed soldered in place as well as the map lights.

You can change the visor mirror lights.

I'd be happy to sell the map led's I bought that have to be soldered....
