Default Led & Bliss tail light wiring diagram?

Hello everyone,

I've searched high and low for a wiring diagram to hard wire an under tailgate led light strip. I can't find anything.

Can someone please help me with this? I know I can probe with my test light but I'm always alone. The truck is a 2016 Lariat Special edition with LEDs with BLISS.

Thanks in advance!

Just put a pig tail on it and plug it into your trailer lights.

Edit: Never mind, that won't work as it disables BLIS. My apologies.

Thanks for the diagram! Traditionally parking lights and brake lights are combined. With the LED diagram above, the parking and brake lights on on different circuits.

The four pin conector from the led strip only has one wire for parking and brake lights. So I'm assuming that I won't be able to have the dimmer parking light option on the strip. Just left, right, brake and reverse......

Am I missing something?

I think what you meant to say is that stop & turn lamps are on the same circuit - not parking & brake lamps. What Livnitup has posted is correct. Here's some additional information that may help

PS: keep in mind the circuit labeled Turn Outage (pin # 10) is not turn signals. Turn outage is the circuit our F150s use to notify the BCM when the LED Stop/Turn lamp has failed.

Pin # 2 Stop/Turn Lamps
Pin # 3 Parking Lamps
Pin # 4 Reverse Lamps

You'd best off wire in something like I used to make my KR LED tails work. It's a trailer wiring converter that uses an input signal from your factory lights, then connects directly to 12V power and has an output for park, stop and turn. You can then wire your strip to the output of that box.

I've been running it for over a year and it works perfect. You have to outsmart the truck.

Thanks TMCOLGR but could you post the two "pins diagrams" again in a larger format because I have difficulty to read the small print.

If you left click on each of the images, they should open in a new window - full screen
