Leased Trucks Question
I lease as well. I don't do much but what I do is built into lease. I have a bed cover, splash guards and aftermarket auto start. The bed cover came off my 2011 so I didn't have to worry about that but the other accessories were priced into the lease so I only pay a portion of it and the balance is in the residual. I know a few guys who lease and like new rims but they always take them off prior to lease end and use them on the next one or if they don't want to keep them they roll them into the lease.
If you do add anything after you leased the truck and can't build it in you are out the money unless it is something easily removed an re-used for the next truck.

I never worry about doing anything to the leased truck. When the lease is about to be up, I go to the dealership and inquire about a new truck. They end buying it like a trade in. It doesnt matter that it was on a lease. Last couple of cars, I have made a couple thousand dollars based on the value of the truck at the time.
Window tint, bed covers, etc. shouldnt be a problem. If you want to keep those things, take them off before trade-in/lease turn in.

From a legal standpoint, anything permanent you do stays with the vehicle (e.g., add fender flares). But thinks like wheels & tires or something easily removed and doesn't leave damage can be taken off before you turn it back in.
Use common sense when adding things, though. Adding a giant Trans Am phoenix to the hood might not be something wise.
