Default Lack of voltage?

New Raptor style bumper has provisions for 6 2” cube lights. I already had 4 so ordered 2 more. Also recommended was a wiring harness. Got that also. My idea was to make a harness with a relay and use the Oem fog light circuit to trigger the relay as maybe the added lights would be to big of a load. The ordered harness is very nice unit for less than $10.00. Mocked it up on the bench to figure out how to trip the relay using the oem circuit. Works great. Installed it on the truck and the relay is buzzing but the lights work. Measured voltage on the oem circuit,it was over 12 volts. Long story short- I ended up using both oem light circuits for the relay trigger. 5 hours later it is done.
