Default Keys Not Working

Hey guys, I need some assistance. i have scoured the site for a few hours and can't really find what i am looking for. I just purchased a 2015 f150 xlt supercrew with the 5.0 in it. absolutely love the truck, but my keyfob wasn't working. no big deal at first. so i took and ordered a pair of Keys from Ford, had them cut and programmed to the truck, and they still don't work, they do unlock and start the truck manually but i can not unlock/lock/panic/remote start the truck with the key fobs at all. The dealership tested the keys and they are sending a signal to the truck it is just not doing what it is supposed to. They suggested bringing the truck back in for a diagnostic to find the issue, before i take it in, would anyone have any ideas? my first guess was the antenna for the keys, but i have no idea where that is located.

So, i guess the two questions i have are:
Any ideas what might be causing the issue?
where is the antenna for the keys located?

Thank you for any help provided!!

Did you try new batteries in the original fobs before you got the new ones. Also who programmed the new ones, locksmith, Ford, yourself?

When i purchased the truck, it had only one keyfob, that had very clearly been on fire or something to that affect, It worked just enough to be able to start the truck. New battery didn't do anything, neither did snugging the battery in with dime.

So, i went to my local Ford dealership (i did not buy the truck from a Ford dealership to begin with) and had them order a new pair of keys. They were able to clear all the keys the truck had programmed and got my two new keys programmed, but the original key would not program, so they disposed of it. Everything i have done so far has been through Ford themselves.

The dude i have been working with on it did mention that something might be wrong with the Hub?? if that makes sense to anyone, the guy i was talking to didn't seem like he knew what he meant either....

I know this is old but I have been going through the same exact thing. My last thread explains it.

Spent a a lot of money for a car with a “defective key fob” that seemed beat up. The unlock, lock, and panic did not work.
They cut me two new keys. Still didn’t work. Service tried to fix it, but ended up ordering a new signal receiver or something for the car. They told me this fixed it, which it did not.
And they have been trying to figure this out for days since then with no luck. I am now leaving to college very far away.
As this has been going on for a month when it was supposed to take 2 days, which turned into a week, then 2 weeks, then three, and we just finished the 4th week with no results.

I’m desperate... What ended up being the problem?
