Yup, just got 2020 Lariat, ordered, picked up 3/5/20. Had 2 Fobs, and a spare key in with the manual

 

Yep. lock, unlock, remote start, tail gate release all work, though I did not try panic, lol, although im sure it will work as well.

I programed them myself with my 2 originals, had dealer cut the keyblade for $10 as all other places I tried refused to cut the blank since i did not buy it from them.

So the center console has a lock? I didn't know that. Will check that out, but if it's there, learned something new today .
