If I remember correctly, I think the code is also on a sticker behind the passenger kick panel where they put their feet. I'm pretty sure it is on the older trucks, not sure about the 2015's.

I found out the hard way (wife) that I wasn't touching the pad in the correct manner...1 needs to be punched on he 1 end and 2 should be pressed on the down side...hope this works...

I thought it could be pressed anywhere on the button regardless of the number.
