43k - rebates would be a starting point. That's invoice and a bit of the holdback, but still at least 1k on the table.

Thanks.
Multiply base price by .93 and options by .92, add destination and that's invoice.

Multiply msrp minus destination by .03, that's holdback.

Subtract holdback from invoice.

That's your price goal before rebates.

Use carfax/Google to calculate taxes ect.

If anyone is interested I have a spreadsheet I developed with the formulas that perform the calculation for invoice, % off MSRP, and so on. It helps to evaluate deals with multiple dealers. I have been following this thread for well over a year, close to 2. Finally pulling the trigger today after working with a dozen dealers or so. Not sure how to post the XLS sheet, I could not on other forums before. Perhaps I will put it in a drop box if there is interest. Right now my deal is:
2016 Lariat Screw, 4x4, 502a, and more
MSRP $57,430
Invoice $53,681
Dealer Discount $6,301
Rebates $2,250
Private Cash Offer $750

Dealer is trying to add 299 theft deterrent, 99 nitro, and 186 auto butler, which will be removed. I am trying to get Tint and spray bedliner thrown in, but I am not sure if he will at this much discount.

Truck was manufactured 4/27/16, so I know he is motivated to move it. I will post final results. I always have the second best offer to work locally.

This would be very helpful, you can load your spreadsheet into a google sheets and then make it public. That would allow people to use it for this purpose

Pm me email addresses and I will send them out, for now. I am at tires plus getting new wheel locks since they put them on with the biggest impact Snap-on makes! I have to sell the Lightning now I got a new truck.

Will do when I get back to my laptop. I might have to drive across the state when I finally get to drive my new truck.
