The one thing I foresee here is that the Dealer used the $1,750 Ford Discount shown on your Window Sticker as part of the $14,000 off.

The other thing I notice is the build date is 2/26/2016. When did you purchase this truck?
I purchased it 8/12/17

What dealer did you deal with? I am in Kingston and no one is going down past the incentives.

I contacted Jim Keay this morning

Good to know; I'm in Oklahoma too. Which dealer will take an order on a 2018 model and give up holdback? I want to remember that when I get my next truck (which will be a long while though since I just bought one). My next one will likely be ordered.

59.4K window price
6.5K ford employee pricing
4.8K delivery allowance

48.1K adjusted price (11 300$ off without any negotiation)

If you are like me and like to negotiate, you could easily get another 1000-2000$ off the price + the 1000$ Costco rebate.

48K CND roughly equals to 38k USD
These numbers and labeled terms are so different compared to what you see here in the US. I could see that this could greatly confuse thread watchers if both Canadian and US truck purchase pricing/negotiation is integrated in this single thread. my opinion would be to start a Canadian truck purchase cost thread and have those familiar with negotiating trucks there chime in to help those seeking advice.

Delivery Allowance 4.8K -

Yeah that's what would just confuse the heck out of US purchases which really dominates this thread at this point.

This is the 2nd or third person Buying a truck in OK and getting a good deal. It seems that, like it's neighbor TX, OK is a Buyer friendly State.

Dealt with Dupont & Dupont in Gatineau.

I heard good things about Kanata Ford, which seems to be the nearest Ottawa dealership from your place. If you like to hunt/fish, Kanata Ford is giving a 1000$ Cabela's gift card right now with every F150 purchase.

I don't recommend on making offers over the phone - I'd really go there and negotiate the price with the salesman. When they feel that they're close to ''closing the deal'', they often change their minds. For my case, they refused to lower the price at first so I left, but they called back the next day and asked me to come back. It was the last day of the month so my guess is that they needed to reach their quotas. Anyways, they accepted my offer + they threw in free rubber floor mats, a few oil changes and they knocked 50% off a Ford ESP (extended warranty).

All this to say that there is always room to negotiate, even during Ford Employee Pricing.

Yeah, I think its possible. I was really wanting to know which dealer he used and if it is close to me. In Oklahoma, almost everything is within a two hour drive when it comes to truck buying.

Yep, especially with the proximity to the truck friendly Dallas/Fort Worth market. The metro area population there is over 7 million. The entire state of Oklahoma is less than 4 million!

It may be different in your area, but you may want to actually talk to the dealer. I saw similar adds and I talked to a dealer yesterday and he said you don't get both.
