1969TxCowboy, Just wanted to congratulations on your new order truck, however Bod suggested you get the “park assist” and have free + $ 40.00 thru the price of your truck.. please bear in mind these’s a open forum and you do with your money whatever you really want. That was a very good implication by Bod.

I took Bob's advice and went ahead and ordered the Park Assist. They are still doing the $500 rebate thing. I just wanted the tech package for the hitch assist and adaptive cruise control. Doubt I'll use the parallel park assist much though. My dealer said it makes the whole tech package cheaper than if I was to just get the hitch assist and adaptive cruise. No brainer there.

I meant to do more research because I wonder if it only aides in parallel parking or if it also works for like backing into a space ect.
