Default Jumpy Plat?

So I've seen around the threads that at least the Plats have a jumpy rear end. Some people have "fixed" this by adding weight to the rear. Can this also be solved by changing out the shocks? Do I need to change out the leaf springs as well?

It's only $200 for a brand new set of Fox 2.0 rear shocks. Installation is as simple as jacking the rear up, taking off your wheels, and popping two bolts per side. No major disassembly required.

I'm definitely going to do this, but will be doing the fronts as well. Might as well get the matching set AND it'll level my rig. I haven't leveled her yet.
