IWE help - install in progress
Well, I did something dumb and reverted from my RCV eliminators back to stock. Here's my dilemma. Yesterday, I did the driver side, and the IWE held vacuum. Today, I did the passenger side and it's losing vacuum slowly. When the vacuum gets down to 0, the axle shaft does not re-engage to the hub when you spin the wheel. It will still spin like it has pressure built up which I assume it does, but the pump shows 0. When I disconnect the vacuum pump the axle re-engages to the hub.
2nd issue, to make matters worse, I broke off the bolt in one of the bottom IWE holes. It hasn't been a fun day. Any thoughts on the above? These are brand new IWEs and a brand new vacuum pump.
Appreciate it

After awhile, when the vacuum went down to zero it did disengage and I could hear the grinding when I turned the hub. So I tested my lines after installation of the new solenoid and both sides were getting 17-20 steady without any loss in vacuum. With that said, if I had a slow vacuum leak on the problem side (passenger), would you still advise that I drive it? Really hate to tear it down again. Not to mention I’ve got a broken bolt in the damn IWE (2/3 are good; I put locktite on those two).
I took off the wheel and made sure it was seated properly and it is. The IWE still loses vacuum at about an inch every 2 seconds or so. Could it be a faulty IWE/Hub? Wondering what I need to do.
