IPSOS Survey?
Anyone receive an IPSOS survey about your truck?
Never heard of them. Received a request to fill out an online survey in the mail about my 2018 purchase. Doesn't say who is requesting the survey (maybe Ford). Offering a chance to win some money via Visa gift card. Other than that no information.
They do appear to have a legitimate web site.
I am a little skeptical, so wanted to see if anyone has gotten one and filled it out. DId a search on the forum here and got zero return.

I've got them for the past 3 vehicles I've purchased. Ford must have hired them to do market research. I don't remember the exact wording, but when I answer the question about working for the vehicle manufacturer, it kicks me out and says I'm not eligible for the survey.

Our primary source of information, the Global Quality Research System, tracks customer satisfaction and “Things Gone Wrong” (TGW). It is conducted throughout the year by the consulting firm Ipsos RDA Group.
