Default Intelligent access outside button not working

Anyone have an issue with their outside door handle intelligent access button? Mine seems to only work if I push the extreme right side upper corner. If I push in the middle it doesn't lock the doors. (yes, my key is in my pocket where it always is) anyone else experience this? I figure it will need to go to the dealer but wanted to see if there was an easy fix.

Mine seems to work just fine and as a matter of fact if my hand is near it but not touching when attempting to unlock the door it won't unlock. I have to move my hand further away. So no help to you. Warranty as already suggested.

The intelligent access on my 5 month old 2018 Plat occasionally wouldn't unlock since i got it. I now have 3500km on it and it stopped working altogether. (Buttons on the fob work fine)
I'll find out what the dealer has to say on Tuesday.

They found a code stored and cleared it. Other then that nothing was done.
But, if it happens again they'll change the modules in both front doors. Geezzz....

Mine was intermittent for a while until it stopped working altogether. Wire had worked its way lose - you can pull the handle off and check this yourself pretty easily.

How is the handle removed and loose wire checked? Can you give more detail.

Fwiw, when I just lightly grab the handle and pause for a second it opens right up.
I can lock it with any part of my hand. So that's how it should work and should be working for you.
Hope it's an easy fix.

I know how it should work but it doesn't . I was really wondering about loose wire in handle and How to check this.

I figured you did. Just seeing if it was right from the beginning.

Six months from now, when I'll probably be replacing my speaker's. I may have been some help.
Hope it's a relatively easy fix.
