Plus they're only going to do this repair to someone that complains. I bet lots of people don't even notice it.
FWIW, was at the dealer the other day picking up a couple things and the 2019 sitting in the showroom had the lifted vents and the hump on the passenger side.

My dash still looks great. 3 days later and about 300 miles in 90 degree socal weather. No warping or lifting around defrost vents. I'll be taking it back in to have the scratched ac vent pieces replaced next week since they scratched them during dash install. I will continue to update this thread.

Mine went in today, sure they will call me and state parts are on order. Scared to see what it will look like after, probably same, scratches and whatnot. My glove box is also very misaligned and they also said they will disable the block heater meaning they will break the plug. They said hopefully new block heater parts will be avail in fall. So disappointed in the 18. 2 recalls, transmission flash, clock spring, leak in water pump gasket, now dash and glove box and possible door freezing and plastic oil pans. This by far is the worst built I have owned since 2010 and will be my last Ford.

So I have a 2016 and I have that little warp on the dash. My question is does it cause any functional problems? Best I can tell I have had this from the beginning and it hasn't changed. I didn't even know it was a problem until I read a thread and went and looked at it about 3 months after I bought it new. I'm not excited about pulling the dash out if there really isn't any benefit other than the cosmetic aspect. Most of the 13th gen F150's have it and like me didn't even know.

I just dropped mine off today should have it back by Friday at the latest he said. Said they put one dash in so far and that one hasn't came back yet. So keeping my fingers crossed.
