Default Installation of Level Kit - Nut Replacement??

I am going to put a rough country level kit on my 2017 F150 4x4 SCREW. I was doing some research out of the service manual and was surprised to see they replace a LOT of nuts when they service the front suspension (axle nut, tie rod nuts, ball joint nuts, shock mount, stabilizer bar, etc.). I guess it makes sense, I wouldn't want any of those nuts to back off, but is it really necessary? Locktite blue instead?

I just use a little locktite like you mention, and properly torque.

The service manual always says to replace all fasteners. Its really not necessary in most cases. OEs are just paranoid when it comes to fasteners. As long as the fastener is not a torque-to-yield installation, torque it to spec and use some Loctite if there is not lockwasher.
