Not really. The hub is bolted to the opposite side of the steering knuckle, and contains the bearing. Comes as one piece. It ain't cheap either, $220 or so IIRC. Requires, caliper, rotor removal. The IWE does slide in to engage the teeth that are in the hub. Maybe I can find one of those Makalucco videos to help ya. Although, I think it may be covered under powertrain.

I found the hubs on Rockauto for Timken or Motorcraft are around $220. Not that I have alot of faith on a street driven truck with 58k and a potential bearing failure to replace with a Motorcraft part.
I just find it extremely odd that this noise only came after dropping off the truck for IWE issues. Maybe it's a coincidence, but maybe not.

I'm going to swing by the dealership later this week and see what those guys have to say. I'm losing faith in this dealership, and potentially Ford at this juncture. As a long time Ford guy, i've never had more issues in such short time with any vehicle in my life.

I should mention as well, the noise/vibration does not INCREASE/DECREASE with speed. It's just louder with less road noise at lower speeds (say 35mph vs 65mph). This is the only reason I had thought that it was not a bearing.

Took awhile, but I found one, your truck will be pretty the same.

That video you show isn't bad, he just did more steps than needed to replace an IWE, does have some good info, and decent explanation. Only thing, he never did fix the cause of the grinding, there's a loss of vacuum somewhere he didn't address.

Whenever I replace important parts, I use OEM if possible, that's just me maybe. I never use anything with the Dorman name attached. Timken is usually good, at least to be, I've seen some Timken products from Asia, and I just don't get a warm fuzzy feeling when I see that.

Default Update to issue

Quick Update to my issue.
Swung by the dealership a couple weeks ago and mentioned the problem with the service manager. He pulled the part number for a hub/bearing and told me that it's covered under the powertrain warranty (Ford 60k, I have extended to 100K through dealership), and scheduled me a repair appointment. I came back, took a ride with the service advisor. He mentioned that it could possibly be my tires, I explained the noise came instantly and he drove the truck with me. They tossed me in a 2021 Explorer loaner, and kept my truck for the day.

An hour later, he called and said it was indeed in fact the Front Left (drivers) wheel bearing. They replaced under warranty, and the noise is gone.
Thanks for the help fellas.
