The tail lights have a couple of white plastic snap things that on the "post" that click into the body. I had a couple fly away, so be prepared to hunt them down to install on the new tails.
There's also a forscan code change to tell the truck not to look for burned out tail light bulbs.

All mine fell off when I pulled it to do the tailgate damper.
Im also Forscan fluent.
This is going to snowball because I’ll be adding the mirrors and the rest of the BLIS parts. Just have to track down the correct modules, as the 2018 won’t work with my year.

Good luck with that. I don't care for the BLIS light in the mirror. Does it do cross-traffic alert though when backing out of a parking spot? That would be helpful. Saved my rear end a few times in the wife's subaru outback.

Well livinitup tried to help me get the cross traffic alert up and running, but forscan doesn't see the BLIS modules in the tail lights. He figures my XLT is missing some wiring. Bummer.
