Default How to kill speed limiter

Already tried shutting off the speed limiter via the 2019 F150 forscan google sheet which lists ‘F’ as the bit to enable 140mph limit as some police pursuit mode.

My truck hits an imaginary wall at 110 so fairly certain the factory speed limit is still on. Does anyone know the module and address values i need to change? Guessing its the IPC module?

The only way I know of is with a Tuner. The IPC change just let's the gauge go that high, it does not change the module that limits the speed.

And why would you need to go 140+ mph in an f150? When our trucks have the aerodynamics of a brick.

Yeah, I doubt that, especially considering that my F150 Police Responder is limited to 105mph. Which on those big, knobby off-road tires is plenty. The tire noise is deafening.

Probably like riding an air hockey puck at that speed. Where just a light touch of the brakes will cause the truck to yaw out of control.

I wonder if you start measuring in gallons per mile at that speed for these bricks.

Will flashes void warranty? Can you backup original ECU and then flash to remove speed limit, and flash back to stock when taken in for Servcies? Will ford be able to tell?
