Thumbs up How to get your Black Friday deals early and easier!

Just went out to Home Depot and the lady there gave me the black friday flyer. I asked if they do that thing where you get the difference of a sale if it comes a few days after purchase. Well yes they do, even black friday sales.

So, bought a snow blower for a crazy deal, well, I paid full price, but on Friday I just have to go back with my receipt and get the difference back. No standing line, no crazy crowds! No items getting sold out (because I already bought it!) Yay! Brought my new snow blower home today

Check out your brick and mortar stores for anything you're interested in because they probably do the same thing. Don't wait till Friday!

Haha, nope, already asked the customer service manager. Snowblower is in my shed, and I get the difference of the sale on Friday.

Lol. quite a few stores have exclusions for price matching Black Friday deals. You're not the first guy to think of this.

Also... You can see lots of the leaked BF ads here: https://www.bfads.net/

You will probably get the difference Friday, but honestly, Black Friday's have not been that good in years. You can usually get better deals during the year (maybe with a couple exceptions).

Sigh... I'll post the receipt on Friday. At least with Home Depot, it's not excluded, or a special sale with different rules. At least not in Canada anyways... Guess it sucks to shop at other stores that do that.

Got a 24" snow blower for $540 (Canadian dollars) so about $400 American. Can't complain!

Never shopped for a snow blower, but congrats if that is a deal. Normally people are looking for TVs,laptops and things of that sort. Those deals usually can be had during the year for better prices (BF are usually junk models too).

That is a pretty good deal. What brand is it?
