I don't think that's the part. The number should be FL3Z-6758-A and it is the tube assembly with the sensor included, it was only $45 at the local Ford dealership. Of course I buy it (not installed it yet) and haven't had the light come back for 3 weeks now. I know if I try to return it the light will return immediately though lol.

Just had the code pop up on my 16 2.7EB. It been raining cats and dogs here so I’m wondering if that’s the issue. Regardless I’m probably going to be ordering the crankcase tubing FL3Z-6758-D (I think the one originally posted was for the 3.5). Has anyone located a install video?

Good news to report on this issue with my truck. My light first came on in Feb 2019 at 76k miles and went off, then it came on again in Dec 2019 at 99k miles. I looked up the codes, found the part I needed, bought the part, and decided to replace it myself. From start to finish, the job took me roughly 30 mins, I didn't reset the code and decided to see how many miles of driving it would take for the light to go off. Well, after 2x's starting the truck and driving for 15 miles, the codes cleared and the light has not come on again. Albeit, it's only been 3 days but I'm confident changing out the hose and sensor did the job.
