Default How do you remove tow hooks?

I really don't want to take the bumper off. I can see the two bolts I need to remove through the rubber donut. Can you pull the donut off?

Maybe the guys with plow mounts could help me out.

Yes, rubber mounts come down and pull forward through the front. Hooks are on by 2 bolts. One bolt comes all the way out and the other just half way and the hook slides forward and off.

SO exactly what direction do I pull to remove the rubbers? Pull out over hook then down?
