Default Host of BCM errors in ForScan

C1D00:11
B143B:11
B143C:11

all say "circuit short to ground"

The second two are related to auto lamp and park lights. Neither of which I'm having a problem AFAIK?

NOTE: I have Morimoto LED headlights. Could those be throwing the codes for the headlight?

I'm experiencing something similar. B14A3/B1493 fault codes, "circuit short to ground". 2017 Platinum w/OEM LED headlights. DRLs are set to be on, and I've changed them in FORSCAN to be the turn signal and LED strip on as DRLs. This worked fine for a while, then I started experiencing some strange things. When it's in Park, the left headlight is on w/switch in "Automatic". When I take it out of Park, those come on, but the headlights also come on. When I use a turn signal, the headlight on the flashing turn signal side goes out, but the other side headlight stays on with the DRLs. I've no idea how to fix this problem.

According to the repair manual it could be these possible sources:

Wiring/Terminals/Connectors
Front Parking Lamp concern
Headlight assembly
Ballest
BCM

The repair manual shows how to diagnose the issue. If someone else doesn’t chime in with how to test, hit me up this weekend and I’ll try to send you the testing process. Just not to where I can send at this time.

How old is your battery? A battery going bad has been known to cause a lot of codes. Just because your truck starts, does not mean the battery is good.

I'm leaning towards a faulty headlight assembly, because all of the weird issues seem to be tied to the left headlight. If you would send me the testing/diagnostic procedures when you have a chance, I'd appreciate it.

I highly doubt it's the battery. I replaced it last October.

Did you do a BMS reset? I know there is conflicting experience on doing such, but maybe try doing one now to see if things change.

Yes, I did that when I installed the new battery.

Don't forget to send me the testing process when you have a chance. I'd like to try some troubleshooting this weekend.
