Highway Noises
Hey, everyone. I'm new to owning an F150, and thus new to the Forum. Thanks for having me.
I recently purchased a 2017 F150 Platinum. It's been a phenomenal machine thus far, but I've recently noticed a noise coming from the engine more and more frequently during highway travel. While sustaining a speed between 75 & 85mph - and with the gas pedal slightly pressed - a noise comes about that sounds similar to placing a baseball card in the spokes of a fast-moving bicycle tire.
If I do nothing, the noise persists but fades away after 10~15 seconds.
If I remove my foot from the gas, the noise is eliminated immediately.
If I press the gas slightly harder, the noise gets faster and louder but quickly goes away.
Does anyone have an idea as to what might be the cause of such a noise??
Thanks again.

Just wanted to circle back here and report that it did indeed end-up being the Integrated Wheel End (IWE).
Replaced Front-left and the noise - which had gotten more and more persistent on the highway - virtually went away. Noise will now appear only 1-2 times per highway trip, and definitely sounds like it's coming from the Front-right side. So I'll replace that one next.
It should also be noted that I first replaced the vacuum check valve which did next to nothing. The vacuum system was also smoke tested and held pressure like it was supposed to.
Thank you all, and hope this helps others having similar problems.
