Default Ford Splash Screen?

I apologize as I’ve asked before on the Forscan thread, however, sometimes your questions on there get overrun by other questions really quickly without ever getting an answer.

Has anyone figured out how to get one of the other displays (such as Lincoln) to work with the standard Ford splash screen upon startup? I don’t drive a Lincoln and don’t really want it to say Lincoln, but I do like the brown background better.

Thanks as always!

I have the 'GT' screen as provided by the forscan change. It has 3 value changes that are made in APIM section. My references for this are old and there may be a list that can be done somewhere I don't have. However, if I were changing it again, I might experiment with the values to see if one or two of them would make the desired change.
This is the 'GT' sequence:
7D0-01-02 0xxx xxxx xxxx
7D0-02-01 xxxx xDxx xxxx
7D0-03-01 xxxx x4xx xxxx

Changing one, two or all to different values might get you there. If it were me doing it, I would change the '4' to 3 for example and see if that did any thing. But, I'd do one value at a time regardless. Just remember what the original values were so you can return if you need to or there is an issue doing it.

These two are the only way to get the brown background, however, the first one is for the GT Performance, and will "brick" it if on the 19145+ code, and can't be used. I have mine using the second one, which uses the Continental splash screen instead.

You might try using the test screen setup. I found that you can enable the test access pad which will allow you to change the background, but it isn't sticky, has to be done every time it boots.

Does anyone know how to stop the splash screen from coming on every time the driver's door or passenger's door is opened when the truck is off and no key is in the ignition?
