You would think with all the money these trucks cost, that there would at least be a $ in the keyboard!!!!

So this morning I saw the wireless symbol on the screen when I started the truck in the garage. I can't recall if I saw that prior to upgrading to 2.2, so I tapped it, and saw my homes SSID, so Why not, I went to add the WPA, and mine has a $ in it. I could not find it anywhere!

Has anyone found where it is? I don't see it under symbols or ABC. I sure am not changing the WPA and ALL my already joined devices.

 

Press and hold the ALT key and then press 36 on the 10 key key pad ( make sure numlock is on )

I guess we just didn't pay enough for Ford to put a $ on the keyboard. They probably figured we spent enough already that we don't have a use for $.

I guess I will just make a second SSID with 1 IP address and have the truck use that. I'll make the WPA key

I`t might just be a glitch/bug with the 2.2 update.

 

Didn't go look at my truck yet but has anyone gone to the symbols screen and then hit shift to see if another set of symbols comes up?

 

Are you referring to pre or post 2.2 update.
