As far as the front headlights and dogs are they simply plug and play? Any night pics and does it appear the night light out put is much better?
They are plug and play, however, they don't allow the dust cover to be returned on the upper low beams, the high beams (lower sections) is covered by the original dust cover. The website says they're rainproof/waterproof, but I live in Arizona so dust is the worst killer here. No issues yet, been installed 4 weeks. They were aimed high I had to bottom out the lights as to not blind oncoming drivers. They are about 10x brighter then halogen.
Even the turns are nice, the switchback is a cool feature that should be standard, but they look real nice. Can't wait to get the raptor grill insert with letters.
Recently installed the sound system as well, along with the rear seat release that makes it more convenient to get behind the seat. (for messing with audio.)
Thanks for posting this. Would you please expand a little on the switchback and what's required for programming? I'm interested in setting the white turn signal mode to be DRL, and that they turn bright amber (amber and off) for turn signals, and back to bright white. Not sure if that's an option yet...
The Switch back itself, when your DRLS are on (one click up on the headlights), will show a white led daylight running light. Then when you turn, the bulb itself will switch to amber, complete turn, then bulb switching back to DRL. While the opposite light remains steady. They also switch to amber with hazards as you would expect. These particular settings are built into the stock programming/bulb settings. I simply plugged the bulbs in and had the effect. Essentially this is something that VW and BMW have been doing for years that is starting to hit the american market for style. I'm sure they are already on high end vehicles, but the XLT I purchased was void anything cool, like a sync 3. After adding this stuff manually, hopefully my truck will be close to what I want. I need to figure out how to mount the 10 inch sub behind the seat, the review on here are good but for some reason I feel like I have less room, I believe I have to cut into the sound mat or whatever that carpet is behind the rear seat. Wish me luck

Reason: added info for programming
Hope you don't mind me clarifying, '16AzScrew. The switchbacks are white when your running/parking lights are on (I believe this is what you mean by one click up on headlights) then flash amber when the the turn is engaged. Without a change in programming or wiring, the switchback turns won't be used as a DRL exactly, you have to turn on your lights every time you get in and turn them off when you get out.
If you are using Forscan and want the switchbacks to be white for DRL, you would change your actual DRL setting to use parking lights (which will engage front and rear parking lights). When you use the turn signal DRL option, system uses the turn signal circuit not the parking light circuit as the DRL (i.e. your standard bulb would be full brightness, not dim). I haven't tested myself, but I'm pretty sure that will cause switchback LEDs to be in amber mode with DRL instead of white. I'm actually using turn signal DRL right now and like the amber myself quite a bit. It is far more visible at distance than a white bulb would be anyway.

Yes, that's right.
I set the DRL option in FORScan to be just turns and installed the switchback LEDs. They are bright white normally, and when the turn signal switch is used, they change to amber and flash between amber and off. When the turn signal is cancelled, they switch back to bright white. Sorry about the bad pic - obviously really sunny.
The default is low beams and parking lights. So when set to default, now they're lows and these, so it changes the shape of the lights. I might try that for a while after this. Also, fogs as DRL are actually fogs and parking lights, so they'd be fogs and these, which I don't think I'd like.

Id like to mess with Forscan. You have to buy a separate module? Or can I just download some software on the laptop and go crazy?
Is there a backup option to restore from if Forscan(or me)
gets sideways?
Got the Bluetooth ODB adapter, so the laptop needs Bluetooth. Wifi and a browser helps. I think there are other options for USB connection to ODB, but I don't know for sure.
Then an old Thinkpad from a craigslist guy for $75 (I only had Apple).
