Default Hesitation accelerating

I recently had some 100K services done to my 2016 F150 5.0. What I have noticed is that the truck will hesitate or jerk slightly when accelerating both in town and on the highway. Doesn't do it all the time but it's noticeable.
Service completed within the last 2 week:: front and rear differential fluid changed. Transfer case fluid changed, and spark plugs changed.

Appreciate any ideas.

Did they change the plug boots or coil packs?

Did not have the coil packs or plug boots replaced. Wasn't having this issue prior though.

Turns out there was a cracked plug. It was replaced and no more issues.
