I don't hate my stock wheels... but I know at some point that I'll probably want to change them. Not gonna lift the truck or anything... probably stay with 18" wheels. Also do not plan on taking off any chrome, so finding the right wheels could be a bit tricky. Want the wheels to look good with what's there, without having to do a total chrome wheel. Here is my truck as of now:
Using the wheel "on my truck" page on Discount Tire's site, I found a few that might look good. Problem is that their "model" does not have chrome. Hard to tell. Also, if you have the chrome package, maybe post some pics? Here are the ones I liked on their site:
Thoughts? Obviously I can make decisions... just want to see if any of you have changed out wheels, etc. and get your opinions. Thanks!
Did you also input a larger tire size into the wheel visualizer? It looks like your search results have slightly larger than stock tires. When I messed around with the visualizer I kept the stock size tires and my results showed the stock donut looking tires.
You may have better luck using Tire Rack's visualizer. The trucks on their site have the chrome package.
I think the name of the game is to find wheels based on the offset you want. That way you can filter out wheels that will rub if you decide to go a tad bigger or more aggressive. Your stock wheels will be a plus 44 offset and aftermarket wheels that I have looked at range from about plus 30 to 0 offset. In my personal opinion I agree with TN JIM I do not care for the fake beadlocks. I would stay with a polished or chrome variant because you have the chrome package on your truck. lastly when buying an aftermarket wheel make sure you have a hub bore of 87.1 that way the wheel fits snug on the hub, if not I would suggest a hub centric spacer like these
Method
method wheels are popular the 18 inch version comes in a plus 18 offset
These Fuel wheels are plus 20 according to custom offsets, they have a good database of pictures from customers on what does/doesn't fit. I wouldn't buy them there but its a start.
Wheels are very hard because its very personal, it depends on what you have seen around you.

Looked at all the above. Chrome would not be terrible, but it really limits the selection. Not too many in that bunch. I may go up a tire size, and would like the tires to stick out a bit more than they do now, but I don't want my tires throwing water all over everything when it's raining. If stock is +40, I'd probably go down a bit to move the tires out slightly.
Looking at all available, and staying at the 18" wheel size, I like the Maverick a lot. Has some silver in there to tie in with the chrome, but different looking.
These are not bad either
I'd have to see the color of these in person to see what they really look like. Might not look bad if they're not too yellow.
