Thanks. I'll get those for reverse. Anyone know if the same bulb (white color) is ok for the rear brake bulbs?

Went to 3 auto parts stores and Wally World. No bulbs like that in stock. I'll head to Amazon now.

These bulbs usually aren't with the rest of the bulbs. They are normally on a separate display or aisle end cap.

So it appears that most of the Zevos now are this design:

I cannot find the Zevos linked by TM that have the projector style, which is what I feel would be best for the reverse lights (directing the light backwards). Does anyone have any experience with the Zevos in the photo above? I don't even understand how the light output works, with the three metal prongs.

They were barely brighter than stock. I took mine back for a refund and bought some super bright ones from 4x4truckleds

ok thank you for the feedback! I'll steer clear of these and potentially order from 4x4.

I launch my boat in the dark so output is very important. 4x4 had some super bright ones. Helps with the backup cam at night. Good luck

I have been putting LEDs in my cars since my first car in high school. I have settled on the JDM ASTAR products that you can get off Amazon for my white reverse and amber front turns. This is after trying a number of other manufacturers with disappointing light output. I can say that in both cases I have been extremely satisfied with light output and projection.

As for you red tail lights, you DO need to match the lense color, so you will need a red LED, not white. The problem is finding an LED that burns properly in the single filament mode (when headlights are on) and during the dual element mode (brakes) has always been tough. For me this has always been a safety issue... Luckily, the answer has been found in the Phillips REd Vison 3157 LED. This is far and away the only red led 3157 I have found that has proper light output. All lights are great, reasonably priced and can be found on Amazon. I am extremely happy with what I have in the truck now and know that they are at an output level that is safe by allowing other drivers to see me.
