Default Help Me Decide

I have a 2018 SE that came with the 20" Special Edition wheels wrapped in Dynapros (stock setup).

I've never been a fan of these wheels, and I have them posted for sale.

Someone is offering to trade me for a set of Foose Switch F158's.

They are 22", and wrapped in 285/45/R22 Nitto 420's.

According to the seller, the wheels and tires are new and have never been mounted.

If I decide to move ahead with the trade (IF), I'm wondering if these would fit with no rubbing?

I've seen some posts of people running 305's on 22's with no rubbing, so I think they would work.

Thoughts? Opinions? Pics of these mounted on a blue F-150?

Not sure of the fit, but with that tread your traction in wet and snow conditions will be crap.

I'm not worried about that as I have a full winter set (rims/tires), so these would only be for spring/summer.

This is my main concern, the 20's are already a lot harsher than my 17" winter setup.

What about thoughts on reselling?

I'm thinking if I did the trade, I could potentially sell these for more than I could get for my OEM's?

If this person is willing to trade for the OEM then maybe the resale on them is not so good, or they would want some money on top of it.

I would do it, but that's just me.

FYI I just put 305/50r20 on my stock wheels and they do not rub.

I thought of that too, but he's only looking for SE OEM rims, so he may have just seen my ad and offered up the trade.

Here's the description in the ad:

"For sale are brand new set of 4 Foose Switch F158 wheels. 22" x 9.5" +30mm offset 6x135 Ford F150 bolt pattern and center bore.
Tires are 285/45R22 Nitto 420S.
Tire pressure sensors installed in rims.
Wheels have never been mounted.
Brand new lug nuts included.
REDUCED Price from $2,675.00 to $2,500.00 OR trade for factory F150 special edition 20" wheels.
Delivery available depending on location."

The Foose wheels are ugly IMO.

45 aspect tires on a 22 inch wheel? Your truck will ride like a wooden-wheel wagon...

Pics of these mounted on a blue F-150?

How about a pic of them mounted on your truck...
Good luck with your decision.
