Default Help Identify this Clip

I found this small clip on the rear floor of my '18 XLT Sport on the passenger side. No idea where it came from.

It appears to be a door panel clip

door panel, seat trim, etc. Those little guys are all over the place! if you have a console i would look there to start, since the sides are likely held on with them.

Those are also used all through your center console and speaker. I broke one when installing my BoostedGreyGoose harness for my Raptor steering wheel.

Just save it, you'll never find it but you'll feel better that you saved it. If you pitch it, then you'll find the one missing and be upset that you have to buy a bag of 25 to replace it.

lol. I found the same clip this week on the floor of my ‘18 after getting some work done on the camera and radio. They had done a APIM reset, I figure something will rattle in about 5 years.

Save it, there about $2.50 a piece. May be worth more than gold and for safe keeping, you might want to keep it in your safe at night.

I had two of them jump out and hide while I was removing part of my center console. One, I heard a pop and a tinkle, tinkle sound as it was dropped down inside the dash area where the center console connects to the dash area. Never to be seen again. They are also holding pieces on to the center console sides and I think many other places. Look for any place someone has been servicing the truck. I also suspect one missing one may have been there, left behind at the factory. Well, that's my story.
