Hello y’all,
thanks for the add. I need some assistance in ID’ing a cable that I found just hanging out


under my dash on the drivers side. It comes out from the firewall into the cab. It looks like a square drive cable for a speedo or something but my speedometer and odometer are both working. Any ideas? Thanks!

 

I believe that is the drive cable for the pedal adjustment motor.

 

52merc, thank you soo much! That’s exactly what it was. I guess for some reason the brake pedal was disconnected. Connected back up and it works. Thanks. I just bought this 2018 f150 fx4 4x4 and just trying to trace down all the things that are not working. Thanks again. Now just got to figure out why the backup camera and horn do not work.
