I was doing great until it came time to install the coil over. The lower coil over bolt that goes through the lower control arm is only threaded halfway. How do I get the bolt all the way through so I can out the bottom nuts on? I'm doing this with hand tools. No impact wrench. Do I just crank on it because the top half is self threading?

 

You have them backwards you install them in the bottom of the lower control arm.

 

Thanks. Figured that out the hard way.

No instructions came with them and they came with the bolts threaded the way you see in the second picture, which led to my confusion.
