Default Help with Front Bumper

Currently have all crome bumper, looking to replace with crome and painted end caps.

Is the crome bumper with primed end caps the correct bumper to replace with? Also does anyone know what components from my current bumper are compatible with the replacement bumper?

The FL3Z-17757-EA is the platinum bumper. I installed that bumper, same price, on my Lariat sport. It doesn't come with the end caps. My Lariat sport had the painted end caps and I just swapped everything over to the chrome bumper. I would guess all the center plastic parts are the same for all bumpers I doubt Ford makes them all different for each bumper.

You will notice that the -EA bumper has holes/slits on each end where the end caps snap into. I think I saw where you can buy painted end caps on the internet somewhere.

You will have to order the end caps separate from the bumper, they are around $87 each. Then you will have to get them painted. It was the mirror "skull caps" that you can get already painted off of ebay.

What bumper did you have before you replaced- Did your Lariot have the all crome, or something different?
