Default HELP!! Advice on pricing!!!

Hi...looking at a 2017 limited right now. MSRP - 67,300, asking price as advertised 56,244 that is a 16% discount. No incentives right now so I am thinking I can get them down a bit more but also asking for a tonneau cover and rear wheel liners included at no cost. I am just at the beginning of searching but that I what I have found so far. Once I have them down we will look at my trade. then after we have come to a final price I would like to lease it. Will they honor that negotiated price as the final capitalized cost? I would really like any ideas on negotiating a lease cap value.....haven't bought a car in 14 years so this should be fun! My current car is a lexus 2003 Gx!

Dealers usually try to screw you on the lease deals. Most people have no idea how to calculate monthly payments using residuals, money factor, selling price, any down payment, tax, fees, etc and they take advantage of it. On top of that, you have a trade-in to throw in the mix. Good luck.

why lease? is it for your business? If not, buy a lower trim truck and dont lease. The higher level trucks depreciate harder - so if you have the $ it doesn't matter but then again if folks had the $ they wouldn't lease.

as for price - 16% is a tad light. maybe shoot for 20% this time of year. at end of year it will easily be up to 25% off. so depending on cost of tonneau they may throw it in.

Yea, I have been using the lease calculator on the Ford website....i am in finance so I know what to look for in leasing. But that does not preclude them from trying to screw you over!!! that is why I have been searching so long for a good deal. I just found one that is at 18% off MSRP....so getting closer to at least 20%

also in regards to getting all the financial incentives...has anyone taken a ford credit loan out and immediately refinanced it at a lower rate...granted the ford credit rates are very high!

17% msrp on that Trim is a great price. People talking about 20% to 25% is only available on the XLT's with heavy rebates.
