Help
So 2 weeks ago I took my 2018 f150 xlt to the dealer for the service wrench light coming on. They had it for a week and replaced the bcm. It fixed the issue, however now my front usb ports aren’t working. I have checked all the fuses and they are all good. I have also done the master reset on my sync 3 with no luck. Please

I would watch some utube vids and start taking things apart like the apim and check connections.

If the dealer worked on it and missed something when reassembling… take it back to them. They will make it right.
dont go fixing it yourself b/c anything you do after their repair will void any dealer warranty they express on their work. Its on their paperwork aka receipt

So here is the update as of today. I have had 3 usb hubs installed with the same results. I was told that it was probably the APIM. This got me thinking. I took the radio out and disconnected the mini usb cable and plugged one in from my ps3 and got a female to female usb cord with another mini usb cord, plugged it in to the usb hub and it works perfectly now. CarPlay came right up. What a great feeling.
