Not unless you swap the wires, but then when your lights are on, they'll be amber and flash white.
Turn signals have 2 signals, dim and bright.
On switchbacks, dim=white, bright=amber.
The problem is that turn lamps as DRL's are the brights, which is amber on the switchbacks.
