Seeing the mirrors are listed on the window sticker, I'd raised as much Hell with as many people as necessary unti lFord installs those mirrirs for free. If your truck was supposed to have them and didn't, your dealer needs to make it right

This probably won't be of much help at this point, but here is a picture of my window sticker as well: FX4, Max Tow + Mirrors. (in CAD dollars).
I spoke with my dealer and a replacement mirror is 1500 ( each)
